We only do in-ground pool service. No construction, no above-ground pools, no cleaning contracts — and this page is about what that focus actually buys you. Family-owned since 2012.
Service is a department attached to a construction business — useful, profitable, and second in line whenever a build needs the crew.
There is no project schedule for service to lose out to, and no season where the technicians are on a site instead of a service round.
That is the argument in one sentence, and the rest of this page is what follows from it.

A completed pool service sheet on the equipment pad
Ours is weighted toward what is on pads across Northeast Ohio now — including equipment that has been there for fifteen years and is not in anyone's current catalogue.
We work on Hayward, Pentair, Raypak, Jandy, Fluidra, Zodiac and Sta-Rite equipment, and on the commercial control side BECS, Chemtrol, Stenner and Blue-White. Down to particular units: Jandy FloPro VS and ePump, Pentair IntelliFlo and SuperFlo, Pentair IntelliCenter, Jandy iAquaLink and TCX, Hayward OmniLogic.
Ring us and name what is on your pad. If we know it, we will tell you its usual failure modes before we have seen it. See brands we service and pool automation.
Those names describe the equipment we work on. Nothing more is implied.
You get a sheet after every visit — what was read, what was adjusted, what was replaced, what we flagged.
This is a habit that came out of the commercial work. About a quarter of what we do is commercial, HOA, hotel and semi-public pools, where the log is not a courtesy — it is what the inspector reads, and a visit nobody documented did not happen as far as the file is concerned. See commercial pool maintenance.
Carried into residential work it does something useful: water chemistry damage is cumulative, so a drift that is invisible in any single reading is obvious across a column of them. It is how a scaling heat exchanger or a weeping pump seal gets caught early rather than replaced late. See chemical and equipment checks.
Service as a business model rather than a department means the relationship is the product. Which pump is on your pad, what the water has been doing across seasons, which winter cracked what, what is due next.
That is not a sentiment, it is a scheduling fact: we are set up to come back to the same pools year after year rather than to hand a project over and move on.

“M&G has serviced our in ground pool for the past 10+ years. Seasonal opening & closing, replacing heaters, pumps and a number of aggravating repairs that Matt & his crew have handled correctly at a fair price. Recommend highly.”
Tell us what is on your equipment pad and what it is doing.
We book a window and we keep you informed about it. If a job ahead of yours turns out to be bigger than it looked, you hear that from us rather than wondering.
We do not publish response times, and that is deliberate. A number on a website is a promise made before anyone has seen your pool or this week's schedule — and the client instruction here was clear: no response-time claims. What we will do is tell you honestly what we can commit to when you ask.
Seasonal demand is heavy in spring and autumn, and scheduling is allocated accordingly. Booking a closing in August is a materially different experience from calling in the first hard week of November.

The clearest signal that service is our whole business is the length of the list of things we decline.
A company that says yes to all of that is either much larger than us or is about to disappoint somebody.
No hot tubs, no spas.
No vacuuming, brushing or skimming as a weekly service. Our maintenance is chemistry, baskets, filtration and equipment.
And no electrical supply work — both licensed trades.
Custom only, made to your pool by Merlin and GLI. See pool safety covers.
We accept credit card payment.
Some of this page's usual furniture is missing on purpose.
Products we install carry the full manufacturer's warranty, generally one to three years on that manufacturer's own terms. There is no separate guarantee from us and nothing here should be read as one — it is in the terms and conditions.
No association logos, no accreditation marks, no certificate graphics. Where we hold something and can prove it, we will say so and show it; until then the space stays empty rather than decorated.
The majority of our work is in-house, and a subcontractor is occasionally engaged — less than 5% of work in any given year, and subject to the same terms.
We publish starting prices where a job is comparable — openings and closings from $495 plus chemicals, chemical and equipment checks from $72 per visit plus chemicals, a $150 service call on diagnostic and repair visits, $125 for an offsite filter clean. Where a job is not comparable — covers, liners, heaters, automation, commercial contracts — it is quoted after somebody has looked at it.
One base, in Twinsburg, seven field technicians, no branch offices. That is why our location pages give you an actual distance rather than a radius: reach genuinely varies by service, and cover work travels considerably further than a weekly visit.
See service areas for the seventeen towns, services for what we do, and about for who we are.
Service is our whole business rather than a department. A construction company's crew has a project schedule that service loses out to, and their technical depth naturally sits with what they install today. Ours sits with what is on pads across Northeast Ohio now — including equipment that has been there fifteen years and is not in anyone's current catalogue.
We are not going to claim that, and we would rather explain why than let it sit ambiguously. We are not an authorised dealer, service centre or certified installer for any manufacturer — those names on this site describe the equipment we service. Where we hold a credential and can prove it, we will show you.
We do not publish response times. It is a client instruction and we think it is the right one: a number on a website is a promise made before anyone has seen your pool or this week's schedule. Ask us and you will get an honest answer about what we can commit to. Spring and autumn are heavy, so booking a seasonal visit early genuinely helps.
The majority of it, yes — but we will not write "all work done in-house", because a subcontractor is occasionally engaged, less than 5% of work in any given year, and subject to the same terms. It seemed worth being accurate about.
Because there is not one, and saying otherwise in a footer would be the kind of claim this page is trying to avoid. Products we install carry the full manufacturer's warranty, generally one to three years on that manufacturer's terms. What you get from us instead is a written record of every visit, which is more use than a phrase.
