Seventeen towns across five Northeast Ohio counties, from our base in Twinsburg — and an honest account of what travels how far. Family-owned since 2012.
A radius is a promise about a circle. What actually varies is the service.
Especially out of season — a measure and a fit are both whole-visit jobs, and the drive is a fraction of the time on site.
An opening or a closing is a substantial visit, not a call-in.
Because it is a short visit that has to happen on a repeating route. At the near end of our area that is straightforward. At the far end it is a scheduling conversation, and we would rather have it honestly than quietly under-serve you.
What varies is the visit, not the distance to a line on a map.
So the towns below are grouped by how far they are from our Twinsburg base, with what that means for each band. Every town has its own page with its county, its distance from us, its distance from Lake Erie and what all of that means for a pool there.
Everything we do works here, including weekly and biweekly service.

Worth noticing: all five counties we work in are already represented in that list, and Solon at about five miles is the first town over the Cuyahoga County line.
Not a refusal. A scheduling question, and one we will answer straight when you ask.

Waite Hill is the furthest point we serve, and it is also near-shoreline — the combination that made it the page where we set out what cover work at that distance actually looks like.

“After having different companies open and close our pools, and then having M & G Pools, I would never have anyone else! They are extremely professional, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. They definitely go out of their way to help their customers.”
Ask — the honest answer depends on what you need, not on a line on a map.
This matters if your pool is commercial, HOA, hotel or semi-public, because a public pool is licensed and inspected by its county’s health authority — and we work across five of them:

Twinsburg, Macedonia, Hudson, Stow, Bath Township
Solon, Orange Village, Chagrin Falls, Moreland Hills, Beachwood, Pepper Pike, Gates Mills, Cleveland, Bratenahl
Aurora, and only Aurora

Bainbridge, and only Bainbridge

Waite Hill, and only Waite Hill
If you manage properties across a county line, the routines are not identical. We will talk to your inspector.

Distance from Lake Erie changes your pool season more than distance from us changes your service.
The lake holds summer heat and gives it back slowly, so autumn air near the shore stays milder for longer and the first hard frost arrives later. It is a gradient, and our seventeen towns sit right across it: Bratenahl is about 0.6 miles from the water and Stow about 27.5.
In practice that means the same pool wants closing at different times in different towns — later on the shoreline side, earlier inland, and genuinely year-dependent in the middle. Each town’s page carries its own distance from the lake and what follows from it.
The same pool wants closing earlier inland than it does near the shore.
We do not have branch offices. Everything runs from Twinsburg, which is why distance is worth being honest about rather than papering over with a radius.
And we do not charge by distance. There is no travel surcharge on our price list.
For what we actually do in each of these towns, see services — or go straight to pool safety covers, which is the service that travels furthest, or weekly pool service, which is the one that does not.

One bench, one base. Every van on the road is loaded from here.
Ask us. The list is the seventeen towns we work in regularly and can write honestly about, and it deliberately replaced a longer legacy list that included places we could not stand behind. If you are just outside it, the answer depends on what you need — a cover measure travels much better than a weekly visit.
Because a radius is a promise about a circle, and what actually varies is the service. Cover and seasonal work travel comfortably to the far end of our area; a weekly chemical visit is a short job on a repeating route, and that is the one distance genuinely limits. A single number would be wrong in one direction or the other.
It is a scheduling conversation rather than a yes or a no. At about 21 miles, cover work and seasonal visits are straightforward, and a weekly visit depends on the route and the season. We would rather tell you what we can commit to than sign you up and under-serve it.
No. There is no travel surcharge on our price list, and we do not price by distance.
Your county’s. We work across five: Summit, Cuyahoga, Portage, Geauga and Lake — with Aurora the only Portage town on our list, Bainbridge the only Geauga one and Waite Hill the only Lake one. Each town’s page names its county, and if you manage sites across a line we will talk to your inspector.
Tell us what the pool is doing. We will tell you what we think it is, and what it takes to put it right.
