Not a Dealer · A Service Company

Brands We Service

The pool equipment we repair and replace across Northeast Ohio — including plenty that is no longer in anyone's catalogue. A list of what we service, not of anyone we represent.

Said First

First, What This Page Is Not

We are not an authorised dealer, service centre or certified installer for any manufacturer.

We do not hold, and do not claim, any authorisation, dealership or certification from any of the brands named on this page

Several of them run formal programmes; we are not in them. Their names appear here to describe the equipment we work on, and that is the whole of the relationship.

Why say it first, and this plainly?

Because searching a brand name for repair help mostly returns that manufacturer's own dealer locator, and a service company that lists brands without clarifying its position is inviting you to assume something. We would rather you knew before you called.

What we do offer instead is on the other side of that trade

And it is the rest of this page.

What We Offer Instead

What We Actually Bring

Depth on equipment that is already on pads across Northeast Ohio — including units that are fifteen years old and not in anybody's current catalogue.

That is the practical difference between a service company and an authorised installer network. A network's depth naturally sits with what it sells today. Ours sits with what is out there now, because that is what we are called to.

A checkable claim rather than a boast: ring us and name what is on your pad. If we know it, we will tell you its usual failure modes before we have seen it.

Hayward, Pentair, Jandy

Pumps

We service, repair and replace: Hayward, Pentair, Jandy, Sta-Rite, Fluidra and Zodiac pumps.

Down to particular units, because that is what actually matters: Jandy FloPro VS and ePump, Pentair IntelliFlo and SuperFlo.

What we get called for: noise that changed, a pump that will not hold prime, water underneath it, weak returns, or a variable-speed pump whose schedule is fighting the heater. The symptom is genuinely diagnostic — see pool pump repair and, for retrofits, variable-speed pool pumps.

Brand-specific pages: Hayward pool pump repair and Pentair pool pump repair.

Raypak, Pentair, Hayward

Heaters

We service, repair and replace: Raypak, Pentair, Hayward and Jandy heaters, gas and heat pump.

What we get called for: a heater that will not fire, one that fires and stops after a few minutes, one that trips out under load, or one that takes longer to reach temperature than it used to. The first three are usually flow or supply rather than the heater; the fourth is usually scale.

Brand-specific pages: Raypak pool heater repair, Pentair pool heater repair and Hayward pool heater repair. The general picture is on pool heaters.

Sand, Cartridge and DE

Filters

Sand, cartridge and DE filters from the same manufacturers. What matters more than the badge is knowing your own clean baseline pressure and how far it has risen from it — see pool filter repair.

An offsite filter clean is $125 — soaking in cleaning solution and pressure washing, which is what actually removes a film. On-site rinsing or swapping cartridge elements, up to once a month, is included in a regular service visit.

IntelliCenter, iAquaLink, OmniLogic

Automation and Controllers

We install, repair and upgrade: Pentair IntelliCenter, Jandy iAquaLink and TCX, and Hayward OmniLogic.

What we get called for: a controller that has lost its schedule after a power cut, intermittent faults that come and go with no pattern — often a corroded bond or ground connection rather than the board — and equipment that will not talk to the controller after a like-for-like replacement.

See pool automation.

Cells and Output

Salt Systems

Salt chlorine generators

Salt chlorine generators from the same manufacturers.

What we get called for: a cell reporting no flow while the pump appears to be running, output that has dropped away as the cell has scaled, and salinity readings that will not settle. The first of those is usually a flow problem rather than a cell problem — see salt chlorine generators.

BECS, Chemtrol, Stenner

Commercial Controllers and Feeders

On the commercial side we work with: BECS, Chemtrol, Stenner and Blue-White controllers and chemical feeders.

About a quarter of our work is commercial, and the equipment is genuinely different — automated chemical control rather than hand dosing, and a probe that has drifted reports a pool that is fine while the pool is not. Calibration is part of the service rather than an optional extra. See commercial pool maintenance.

Custom, Two Makers

Safety Covers

We install custom safety covers made by Merlin and GLI, measured on site. Custom only — we do not sell or fit stock or standard sizes, and we do not supply floating solar or thermal blankets.

The same position applies to these two as to everyone else: we are not an authorised dealer or certified installer for either, and what a given cover is rated for is the manufacturer's own statement in their own literature. See pool safety covers.

Not on the List

If Your Brand Is Not Listed

Ask

Ask. The list above is the equipment we see most and can write about honestly, not a boundary. What decides whether we can help is usually parts availability rather than the badge — and on a discontinued unit that is the question worth asking early, because a repair you cannot make twice changes the decision.

We will not add a brand to this page that we have not worked on. A list that quietly grows to match search demand is a list you cannot trust.

Whatever the Brand

What We Do Not Do, Whatever the Brand

No above-ground pools, hot tubs or spas. We do not build pools. We do not offer leak detection. We do not run or alter gas lines, and we do not do electrical supply work — including bonding. Both are licensed trades and we will tell you so rather than improvise.

Stated Once

Warranty, Stated Once

Products we install carry the full manufacturer's warranty — length and terms vary by manufacturer, generally between one and three years, and administered under that manufacturer's own terms.

We do not offer a separate workmanship guarantee, and nothing on this site should be read as one. Freeze damage is not a warranty matter either: water left in a line or an exchanger over winter cracks the housing around it, and that follows from how the pool was closed rather than from a defect.

Up to the First Hour

What a Visit Costs

A $150 service call applies to a diagnostic and repair visit and covers up to the first hour on site. Parts and any further labour are quoted before we do them. Equipment supply and replacement are quote-required, because the right unit depends on your pool and your plumbing rather than on what is already there.

See pool equipment repair, or the rest of the guides on resources.

Brands, Parts and Warranty

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you an authorised dealer for these brands?

No. We are not an authorised dealer, service centre or certified installer for any manufacturer, and we hold no dealership or certification from any of the brands on this page. Several of them run formal programmes and we are not in them — their names are here to describe the equipment we repair and replace.

Then why list brands at all?

Because it is how people look for help, and because the equipment genuinely differs. Knowing your controller or your pump model changes what we bring and what we check first. What we offer is depth on what is actually on pads across Northeast Ohio, including units that are no longer in anyone's catalogue — which is the thing a manufacturer's dealer locator cannot give you.

My equipment is old and discontinued. Can you still help?

Often yes, and the question that decides it is parts availability rather than age. It is worth asking early: a repair you may not be able to make twice changes whether repairing is the right call at all. We will tell you which situation you are in.

Is my warranty affected if you work on it?

Products we install carry the full manufacturer's warranty, generally one to three years on that manufacturer's own terms. Where equipment is still inside a manufacturer's warranty and their terms require particular handling, tell us and we will look at it before doing anything — that is their condition rather than ours, and it is worth checking rather than assuming.

My brand is not on the list. Do you service it?

Ask us. The list is what we see most and can write about honestly rather than a limit. We deliberately do not add brands to this page that we have not worked on, because a list that grows to match search demand is not a list you can rely on.
